Mentorship groups

This year we inaugurally recruited 50 high-school students from Albanian-speaking countries and matched them with volunteer mentors. The mentors then held 1:1 or group meetings with their designated mentees, where they discussed topics ranging from early career planning to college applications.

External General Assembly

We held our External General Assembly on August 5th, where we presented information about our organization to future mentees. After introducing the org’s identity, specifics and structure, the Assembly concluded with a Q&A session for the mentees to ask the questions they had.

1. Workshop

Our first workshop, titled "Empowering Albanian Futures - From Beginnings to Achievements" and held in the form of a webinar was a great success! Our panelists, Kristel Tupja Barnett, Arlind Kamberi and Erka Tana shared with the participants their exciting journeys and gave insights based on their respective fields of study and expertise.

Instagram Live

To celebrate the Albanian Independence Day, we organized a very special Instagram Live with Uljad Bërdica, a PhD student and Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.
