Albanian Trailblazers held their first External General Assembly on August 5th, where all members of the executive team and all mentees were present. During the Assembly, a lot of important information was presented to the mentees. These are the topics that were discussed:
Introduction of the Executive Team. The members of the Executive Team did a short introduction of themselves and their role in the organization.
Our Identity. A detailled explanation was given on the organization's identity and mission, which revolves around empowering Albanian students and helping them reach their potential.
Our Structure. The organizational structure of AT was presented to the mentees and how different teams work together to reach our goals.
Team Specifics. Some more in-depth information was given on how the Mentoring, Workshop and Netoworking teams work, including their respective missions and goals.
Next Steps and Q&A. The Assembly concluded with a list of the organization's plans for the future, as well as time for the mentees to ask any questions they had.
