How it works
Fill out our application form with your academic background, field of interest, personal goals, and preferred mentoring format. This is your first step toward finding a mentor who can help you unlock your full potential.
We match every mentee with a mentor based on field alignment, goals, and compatibility. You will receive your match along with your mentor's profile ahead of the cycle so you can start the journey feeling prepared.
Before the official cycle begins, you and your mentor connect for a first informal call to align on goals and set expectations together. By the time September arrives, you already have a relationship to build on.
Over six months, you and your mentor work through a meaningful arc together: clarifying your goals early on, building practical skills through the middle stretch including CV writing, university applications, and interviews, then closing with networking, introductions, and a clear vision for what comes next.
Mentees who complete the full cycle receive an official Albanian Trailblazers Certificate of Participation — a recognition of your dedication to your own growth and a testament to the work you put in.
The best mentees become tomorrow's mentors. High-engagement mentees are invited to join our Ambassador Program or transition into a junior mentoring role in the following cycle, paying it forward to the next generation of Albanian students.
