What You Will Do

  • Build and manage our Ambassador Program, recruiting and supporting student ambassadors across Albanian high schools
  • Identify, approach, and cultivate partnerships with universities, NGOs, and professional organizations aligned with our mission
  • Coordinate workshop collaborations with partner organizations from outreach to execution
  • Maintain and grow AT's relationships with institutional partners over time
  • Represent Albanian Trailblazers in external communications and partnership discussions

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Albanian and English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building from scratch
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple ongoing relationships simultaneously
  • Genuine connection to the Albanian student community and AT's mission
  • Prior experience in student organizations, NGOs, or community outreach is a plus

The Mentorship Program Manager owns the heart of what Albanian Trailblazers does. You will be responsible for ensuring every mentor-mentee pair has the structure, support, and guidance they need to make the most of their six months together — from the first application to the final certificate.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full mentorship cycle end to end, including applications, matching, onboarding, and cycle closure
  • Distribute and iterate on the Mentor Playbook and supporting resources
  • Run monthly check-ins with mentor-mentee pairs and flag disengagement early
  • Track engagement and attrition data across the cohort and act on what you find
  • Manage the mentee-to-mentor elevation pathway and coordinate Ambassador transitions
  • Continuously improve the program structure based on feedback from mentors and mentees

What We Are Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing people and relationships with empathy and clarity
  • Able to spot problems before they become crises and act decisively
  • Experience in program coordination, mentorship, or community management is a strong advantage
  • Deep personal investment in the development of Albanian students

Albanian Trailblazers is looking for a Workshops Program Manager to own the full delivery of our workshop series. From university applications and scholarship research to LinkedIn strategy, financial literacy, and STEM topics: you will identify what our community needs, source the right speakers, and make sure every session runs smoothly and leaves a mark.

What You Will Do

  • Design and maintain the workshops calendar, balancing recurring topics with demand-driven sessions
  • Source and coordinate speakers and facilitators, from within the AT network and beyond
  • Manage logistics end to end: scheduling, promotion, platform setup, and follow-up
  • Collect and act on participant feedback to continuously improve session quality and relevance
  • Collaborate with the Outreach team to co-produce workshops with partner organizations
  • Track attendance and engagement data across the workshop series

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Comfortable coordinating with speakers and external parties professionally
  • Genuine curiosity across a wide range of topics, from academia and career development to tech and finance
  • Proactive about spotting gaps in what our community needs and filling them
  • Experience running events, workshops, or educational programs is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in Albanian and English is required

Albanian Trailblazers is looking for a Marketing and Content Associate to help bring our mission to life across every platform we occupy. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, you will turn our story into content that reaches, moves, and recruits the next generation of Albanian students and mentors.

What You Will Do

  • Draft and schedule content across Instagram and LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence
  • Support mentor and mentee recruitment campaigns with targeted content and copy
  • Keep website content current and aligned with program timelines and announcements
  • Contribute ideas for storytelling, community engagement, and brand growth
  • Help produce recaps, highlights, and coverage of AT workshops and events

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong writing skills with an instinct for tone, clarity, and audience
  • Familiar with Instagram and LinkedIn as content platforms, not just social media
  • Creative, consistent, and able to execute without waiting to be told what to do
  • An eye for design and visual storytelling is a significant advantage
  • Fluency in Albanian and English is required
